Frequently Asked Questions
Is it free to list my business?
Yes. Standard Business Accounts and core listing tools are free. No payment card, subscription or expiry is required.
Do I choose a plan before creating my listing?
No. There is no plan-selection or billing step. Create a free Business Account, verify your email, then add or claim a listing.
Can one account manage multiple legitimate locations?
Yes. There is no plan-specific count limit on legitimate business locations. Each location remains subject to ownership checks, moderation and fair-use controls.
Can I claim an existing listing?
Yes. Find the existing listing, submit a claim and complete the ownership-verification process. Claiming remains separate from creating a new listing.
Can FarmGateRun prepare my listing for me?
Yes. You nominate and authorise specific public business sources. FarmGateRun prepares an original private draft for your review; image copying requires separate permission.
Does FarmGateRun take bookings or customer payments?
No. Travellers contact businesses directly. FarmGateRun does not process accommodation bookings, customer payments, deposits, cancellations or refunds.
When does my listing become public?
A listing becomes public only after the required FarmGateRun review and approval. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Are paid subscriptions available?
No. Subscription and payment journeys are parked. FarmGateRun may consider advertising later, but advertising is not currently active.
