FarmGateRun is a directory and route planning service.

Information on FarmGateRun is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep information useful and current, FarmGateRun does not guarantee that all listings, products, prices, opening hours, pickup instructions, routes or contact details are accurate, complete or up to date.

Users should confirm important details directly with the producer before travelling, ordering, collecting or relying on any information.

FarmGateRun does not certify food safety, product quality, producer licensing, product availability or business compliance unless expressly stated.

Distance filters, closest-first sorting and map pins are approximate planning aids only. Unlimited distance and local radius searches do not optimise a route, guarantee driving times, guarantee road suitability or confirm that a business is open or available.

Route information may be opened in Google Maps or other third-party map services. FarmGateRun is not responsible for route accuracy, navigation errors, road conditions, closures, traffic, travel times, weather, access issues or user driving decisions.

FarmGateRun is not responsible for any transaction, pickup arrangement, dispute, product issue, food safety issue or communication between a visitor and a listed producer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmGateRun is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, inconvenience or cost arising from use of the website or reliance on information displayed on the website.

1. QR destinations and optional rewards

Always check the destination shown after scanning a QR code before entering information or completing a transaction. FarmGateRun does not guarantee that a QR code, linked listing or external destination will remain available, secure or current. Direct custom QR codes do not pass through a FarmGateRun redirect, and their external websites, booking services and menus are controlled by third parties. If Traveller Rewards are enabled, FarmGateRun may confirm eligibility and calculate a published percentage discount, but the participating business remains responsible for applying it, supplying the goods or services and handling payments, refunds and disputes. Reward availability, business participation and eligibility are not guaranteed.

Route country limitation

A FarmGateRun route can contain stops in Australia only. Map locations, boundaries, distances and third-party directions are approximate. Island, rural, private-property and remote access can require ferries, bookings, suitable vehicles or permissions that the route planner does not assess.

2. Produce Alert information

Produce Alert availability can change because of weather, harvest timing, demand and other conditions. A recent confirmation, notification or expression of interest does not reserve produce, create an order or guarantee stock, price or pickup. Confirm important details directly with the producer before travelling.

Food & Farm Trails

A Food & Farm Trail is a planning suggestion, not certification or a guarantee. Publication does not confirm that a business is open, available, lawful, safe, accessible or suitable, or that a route, road, booking link, price, food, activity or seasonal detail is current. Verify material details directly, check current road and weather conditions and travel safely.

Private events

FarmGateRun does not verify or guarantee venue suitability, availability, capacity, accessibility, licences, insurance, permits, food or alcohol service, staff, weather arrangements, safety, pricing or event outcomes. Availability blocks and overlap warnings are planning aids only. Confirm every material condition directly with the business before proceeding.

Hiring Now

Hiring information is supplied by participating businesses and may change quickly. Contact the business before travelling. A Hiring Now badge does not guarantee a vacancy, interview or employment. FarmGateRun does not publish job advertisements, process applications or act as an employer or recruitment agency.

Traveller listing social links

Traveller listing social links are external links supplied by ordinary Traveller users who created the relevant listing through Add a Place. FarmGateRun does not fetch, host, copy, embed, continuously monitor or endorse the external content and cannot guarantee that it remains accurate, available, safe or unchanged after review. Opening a link takes you to a third-party service with its own terms, cookies, tracking and privacy practices.

Country Kitchen and recipe safety

Recipes are community contributions and general information only. Original heritage directions may not reflect current preserving, bottling, raw-food, storage or cooking recommendations and are displayed separately from modern safety guidance. Ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, appliance settings and times may be incomplete or unsuitable. Check food-safety, allergy and dietary requirements independently. FarmGateRun never automatically converts mass and volume and does not guarantee cooking results or real-time ingredient availability.

External official Recipe links

An optional official Recipe link is reviewed as part of the Recipe version and does not create or verify a separate creator profile or channel. It is not verification of identity, qualifications, channel ownership, Recipe quality or endorsement. The button opens a third-party destination that FarmGateRun does not control or continuously monitor. The destination may change, become unavailable or apply its own terms, cookies, advertising, analytics and privacy practices. A recorded link open does not prove that the destination loaded, that the visitor was unique, that a person read the Recipe, followed, subscribed, purchased or took any other action.

Stockists and product availability

Stockist information may be supplied by a producer or brand, a retailer or FarmGateRun administration. Product ranges, opening hours, prices, supply relationships and availability may change, and a product shown on FarmGateRun may not be available when you visit. Contact the retailer before making a special trip. FarmGateRun does not independently guarantee stock, product quality, prices, retailer endorsement or an ongoing supply relationship.

Delivery Runs

Delivery Runs are planning aids. Distances, travel times, route order, directions, access points, road conditions, vehicle restrictions, opening hours and receiving windows may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check current conditions and directions and use your own judgement. FarmGateRun does not perform deliveries, accept orders, create invoices, confirm quantities or provide proof of delivery.

Accommodation bookings and enquiries

Farm Stay and Caravan Park availability, pricing, bookings, payments, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by the accommodation operator. FarmGateRun provides discovery, route-planning and enquiry tools only. An enquiry is not a booking. Enquiry contact details are stored and shared with the relevant operator so they can respond.

Distance filters and route planning

FarmGateRun distance filters, closest-first sorting, map pins and route links are approximate planning aids only. Unlimited distance and local radius searches do not optimise routes, guarantee driving times, guarantee road suitability or confirm that a business is open or available.

Caravan and towing routes

FarmGateRun does not currently account for caravan dimensions, towing restrictions, low clearances, weight limits, unsealed roads, seasonal closures or live road conditions. Users must check the proposed route, current road conditions and park access requirements before travelling.

Free Business Accounts and listings

Creating, claiming and managing standard FarmGateRun listings is free. Standard listings have no charge or checkout step. No payment card, subscription, expiry or plan selection is required.

External Book Online and Order Online links

An eligible claimed business may supply an approved HTTPS link to its own booking or online ordering page, or to a chosen provider. The external business or provider controls that website and handles availability, prices, customer information, bookings, orders, payments, deposits, changes, cancellations, refunds and disputes under its own terms and privacy practices. FarmGateRun does not process the booking, order or payment, does not become a party to the transaction and does not guarantee the external service. A business booking or ordering link does not represent endorsement or guarantee bookings, orders or sales. Businesses are responsible for keeping the destination lawful, accurate, secure and current.
