We make Gouda cheese, in many flavors, by hand with local milk. Our food milage is 8km, from milk to cheese and to the shop. We specialize in Gouda cheese but we stock many many more varieties. Think of blue, brie, washed rinds. We stock all the complimentary items as well. Think of salamis, crackers, pasts etc. A complete cheese platter shop. We support local as much as we can and compliment our range with high end international cheeses. Think of Comte, Gruyère, 3 year old unpasteurized Parmesan, 5 varieties of cheddar, etc.

- We are not a tasting experience, only a shop as its quite small. We work together with local cafe's and wineries close to us who are able to facilitate, providing the most beautiful views
