From Farm to Fridge™ is a proudly Queensland-owned family business, operated by the family behind Shallow Well Beef, established in 1997.

We believe families deserve to know where their food comes from, who produced it and how it was handled. Our goal is simple: to provide honest, high-quality beef, friendly personal service and genuine value while keeping customers connected to the farmers who help put food on their tables.

Our range includes premium beef and Wagyu steaks, roasts, brisket, ribs, mince, diced beef and nitrate-free corned silverside. We also offer a wide selection of value-added family favourites, including flavoured sausages, Wagyu sausages, burger patties, rissoles, meatloaf, gluten-free crumbed steak and other convenient, ready-to-cook products.

Customers can purchase individual cuts and family-sized packs or order a whole or half beast. Whole and half beasts are professionally processed, cut to your selections, cryovac packed and clearly labelled, giving families the convenience of a well-stocked freezer and excellent value when buying in bulk. Flexible payment options are also available, making it easier for households to plan ahead and secure quality beef without one large upfront payment.

We offer home delivery throughout Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast, the Lockyer Valley, Toowoomba, Beaudesert, Mount Tamborine, the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and surrounding areas on our scheduled delivery runs.

Orders can also be collected from our Beef Bus at selected farmers’ markets, festivals and community events across South East Queensland. Market pickup allows customers to order ahead, collect on the day and know their favourite products will be waiting for them.
